"In July of 2016, my furnished rental condo in Largo, FL was discovered completely infested with mold. After negative experience with ServPro, which cost me $2000, I got in touch with Darren Clark, PRS, and he took over the project for me and did an excellent job cleaning, disposing of all contents and treating the condo so it has passed a mold free inspection. This was all done long distance since I am in VA and could not come to FL. He is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy. He took care of everything long distance-even made arrangements for installation of new carpet.
